Your privacy at AVIBES

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AVIBES collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our website, contact us, make an inquiry or booking, or submit information through a Meta lead form.

Effective date: 27 September 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to people who visit the AVIBES website, contact us through WhatsApp, email or another communication channel, submit a Meta lead form, or inquire about or book an AVIBES celebration, event, class or related service.

AVIBES is the public brand responsible for handling the information described in this policy. Our services are based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we may collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and which service you are interested in. It may include:

  • Contact details such as your name, mobile number, email address and preferred contact method.
  • Inquiry and booking details such as the occasion, preferred date and time, expected guest count, selected themes or experiences, accessibility needs and other details you choose to share.
  • Messages, responses, attachments and other information exchanged with us through WhatsApp, email, social media or Meta lead forms.
  • For children’s classes or activities, information provided by a parent or guardian, such as the parent’s name and mobile number and the child’s name, age and relevant participation or safety information.
  • Booking and transaction records, including payment status or receipts, when an inquiry becomes a confirmed service. The current AVIBES website does not collect payment-card details.
  • Technical information that may be generated when you use the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages and security or hosting logs.

3. How we receive information

We may receive information directly from you, from a parent or guardian acting for a child, from the person arranging an event, or through a platform you use to contact us. This includes WhatsApp and Meta lead forms. Meta also processes information on its platforms under its own privacy terms before making the lead details available to AVIBES.

4. How we use information

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to questions, check availability and prepare or discuss a suitable celebration, class, event or service.
  • Create, confirm, administer and support bookings, including arrangements requested for guests or participants.
  • Contact you about your inquiry or booking through the channel you used or another contact method you provided.
  • Send relevant follow-up or promotional communications where appropriate, with an easy way to ask us to stop.
  • Operate and improve our website, services and customer experience, and protect them against misuse, fraud or security incidents.
  • Maintain reasonable business, accounting and dispute records and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

5. Information about children

AVIBES offers experiences and classes that may be intended for children, but our website, inquiry channels and lead forms are intended to be used by adults. A parent or guardian should provide any information needed about a child and should provide only what is relevant to the inquiry, booking, participation or safety arrangements.

We use a child’s information only for the relevant inquiry or service, to organize age-appropriate participation and to address information the parent or guardian asks us to consider. We do not knowingly ask children to submit their own contact details through this website. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate adult involvement, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

6. Website storage, cookies and similar technology

The current website uses browser storage to support its features. Local storage remembers celebration-builder and catalog selections on your device, and session storage remembers whether the cinematic introduction has already played during the current browsing session. You can remove this information by clearing site data in your browser.

At the effective date above, the public website does not include an active Meta Pixel or third-party analytics tracker. Meta lead forms are hosted by Meta and may use cookies or similar technology under Meta’s own policies. If AVIBES later introduces optional analytics or advertising technology, we will update our notices and use consent controls where required.

7. When information may be shared

We do not disclose personal information indiscriminately. We may share the information needed for the purposes described above with:

  • Authorized AVIBES team members and contractors who need it to respond to you or deliver the requested service.
  • Technology, hosting, cloud storage, communications and customer-support providers that help us operate safely and efficiently.
  • WhatsApp and Meta when you choose those platforms to contact us or submit a lead form, subject to their own privacy practices.
  • Event or service partners, such as an instructor, entertainer, photographer or specialist supplier, when sharing is necessary for a service you requested.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or comply with law.

8. Third-party services and international processing

Our website links to services including WhatsApp and Google Maps. Meta lead forms and WhatsApp are operated by Meta, while Google Maps is operated by Google. When you open or use a third-party service, that provider’s privacy terms apply.

Some technology and communications providers may process or store information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No website or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through open messaging channels.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, deliver and support a booking or class, maintain necessary business and accounting records, resolve concerns and comply with applicable requirements. The appropriate period varies according to the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

10. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or object to promotional communications. You can also ask us to review information provided about your child. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request, and some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, safety or dispute purposes.

To stop promotional messages, use the unsubscribe method provided, reply asking us to stop, or email us. We may still send service messages needed for an active inquiry or booking.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
